Know which channel actually paid off
Browser tracking limits broke attribution unevenly, so the channel that looks worst on the dashboard is often the one carrying the revenue.
Server-side conversions, deduplicated by event id
§ 01 / 05What we hear
The complaints that repeat in this trade
- Platform-reported sales and real sales do not match
- Cart abandonment is high and follow-up is generic
- "Where is my order" takes up most of support
- Product data lives in three systems that disagree
§ 02 / 05What changes
The moves that matter here
- Fix measurement first
- Server-side conversions with deduplication
Before touching budgets, so results can be read.
- Recover carts
- Sequences that reference the actual product, not a template
- Answer order questions
- An assistant with order status and tracking
- One product source
- Catalogue synchronised between store, ads, and support
- Report margin
- Cost per order against contribution, not revenue

What this industry does not let you skip
These are the rules we build around. A vendor who has not worked in your trade usually discovers them after the build, which is the expensive time to discover them.
Peak seasons
Changes are frozen before peak, not shipped during it
Platform limits
We work inside your platform rather than fight it
Returns
Reporting counts returns, otherwise margin is fiction

§ 01 / 01Questions
Asked by people in this trade
Our platform reports more sales than our accounts show. Why?
Usually attribution windows and modelled conversions counted more than once. We deduplicate by event id and compare against your actual orders, which normally lowers the reported number and raises trust in it.
Do you rebuild the store?
Only if the store is the problem. More often measurement and follow-up are, and those cost far less to fix than a replatform.
