Privacy Policy

Last updated September 21, 2026

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible.

01Who we are

ClickForge Group LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. For anything in this policy, contact us using the details on our contact page.

02What we collect

We collect only what an enquiry needs in order to be answered, plus the technical information every website receives.

  • What you type into a form: name, email, phone, company website, what you need, budget range, and preferred call time
  • The agreement text you accepted, with the date, time, page address, and the IP address it came from
  • Which campaign, keyword, or page brought you to the site, kept for 90 days
  • Standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed

03Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and run the work you ask for. To measure which channels produce enquiries, so that advertising money is not spent blindly. To meet our record-keeping obligations, including proof of the consent you gave.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with anyone other than the service providers listed below, and only to the extent they need it to do their job.

04Who processes it for us

We use third-party services to run the site and our operations. Each receives only the data it needs.

  • Vercel: website hosting and delivery
  • Neon: database hosting
  • Resend: sending and receiving email about your enquiry
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads: measurement and advertising, after your consent
  • Meta: advertising measurement, after your consent
  • Microsoft Clarity: anonymised session replay, after your consent
  • Cloudflare: domain, network protection, and spam prevention on forms

05How long we keep it

Enquiries and the correspondence around them: three years from the last contact, then deleted. Consent records: five years, because that is what proving consent requires. Attribution cookies: 90 days. Analytics data: as configured in each platform, currently 13 months for Google Analytics.

06Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you specific rights: to know what is collected and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we honour the Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you additionally have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to your data protection authority.

07Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

08Changes

When this policy changes materially, we update the date at the top and, where the change affects how we use information you already gave us, we tell you directly.
