02What this site is not
The prices, timelines, and figures published here describe how we normally work. They are information, not an offer capable of acceptance, and they do not form a contract. A contract exists only when both sides sign a written agreement.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice, including the pages about launching a company in the United States. Those describe a service; they do not substitute for advice from a licensed professional.
03Intellectual property
The text, design, brand, and code of this site belong to ClickForge Group LLC. Work we produce for a client belongs to that client under the terms of their agreement, which in our standard form transfers ownership on payment.
04Liability
We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or always reachable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here rather than on a written agreement.
05Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
