Launch

From registration to the first customer

Most providers stop at the paperwork. A registered company with no way to take payment and no traffic is not a business yet.

Paperwork and first sales in one sequence

§ 01 / 06The problem

Registered, and then nothing happened

The LLC exists. The EIN arrived. Six months later there is no bank account that works, no site, and no first customer, because nobody owned the part after the filing.

Founders outside the US opening a company and selling into the US market.

  • The company exists on paper and nowhere else
  • Bank applications were declined without a stated reason
  • No US phone number, address, or payment method is in place

How the work is sequenced

Each stage ends with something you can check. If a stage cannot end that way, it is scoped wrong and we re-cut it.

§ 01 / 01Questions

Before you ask us

Do I need to fly to the US?

For formation and EIN, no. Some banks require a visit and some do not. We tell you which is which before you choose, rather than after an application is declined.

Which state should I register in?

It depends on where you will have employees, property, and customers. Wyoming suits many online businesses, but it is the wrong answer often enough that we ask first.

Cases will appear here as clients clear the numbers for publication. We would rather show nothing than show something invented.
